iOS 6 Jailbreak Bugs / Errors

 
Lots questions. One answer. 
"The updated package will be ready when it is ready. And don't worry, you will know, either from here or from blogs or Cydia itself." (Pod2g).

* Those who jailbroke will need to update some packages in Cydia to fix Weather and long boot _when_the_package_is_ready.
* Well, the fix for the Weather app will also be included in the next evasi0n app version.
* Evasi0n will be updated not for the Weather fix (Cydia related) but for long boot issue.
* We're also working on improvements to the long reboot time problem, those should be out with a Cydia update.

    3. i have a issue thats not connected to this but i dont know ware else to go but my jailbroken ipod 5 was working fine but all of a sudden im not able to slide my icon page to the next one unless i use the really tiny dots at the bottom above the dock. pleassse help

    4. If you are having problems with your weather app go to your window, open it and stick your head out now you know the weather.

  4. Hello brothers of evad3rs my itunes sync stopped after making jailbreal evasi0n, sometimes after restart and install appsync iOS 5 + iphonecake.com source of sync again and even install apps not signed by Apple, but the iPhone delay much to restart and exit the screen of apple ..

    1. You should do a fresh Restore iOS 6.x. Don't click on update, use "Shift key + Restore and browse to downloaded 6.x IPSW". Then Jailbreak it.


      Navigate to the blog and follow the instructions. It will definitely work.

  6. i downloaded sygic gulf 416 mb app directly from iphonecake.com as i am not able to download directly from appcake on the iphone because download speed shows very slow and at the end giving error and not downloading, now my question is that how to install sygic ipa which i already downloaded in my comupter, i am adding in the itune manually but not installing in my iphone what can be reason, even though i installed appsync 6.1 from cydia, please guide me

    2. Don't work for me on iPhone 4s 6.1 :( i used appsync for ios 6 & i've tried to install sygic southeast asia but only blank icon on my device, when im using itools always crsh, or ifunbox didnt working to, please help, sorry for my bad English

  8. Hi, i found another little "bug" on my iphone 5 with 6.1 iOS evad3red... When i call somebody the main call switch in background and top green banner appears ( Touch for retun call ) like when the home button i'ts pressed. When i touch the green banner, the main call remains a few second and return again to home screen with top green banner. When i repeat the operation for the third time the problem it's fixed. When i terminate the calling appears for few second the caller list and return to home instantly.

    ( Sorry for my bad english, i'm italian )

  10. bueno, primero mil disculpas por no escribir en ingles, pero los que quieran pueden traducirlo con el google.

    Yo tengo funcionando perfectamente el weather, pero lo hice de la siguiente forma:

    1. Evasi0n Jailbreak.
    2. correr weather.
    3. correr cydia.

    al parecer el problema con el weather es hacer correr antes el cydia, yo lo hice como indique y tengo corriendo perfectamente el weather.
    Espero que les sirva de algo la ayuda.

    Thanks a lot for the jailbreak! Finally! Good job!

    But since I jailbroke my iPhone, things are dissapearing in my iCloud calendar on my desktop.. On my iPhone there just fine, but somehow they're gone @ my desktop:(

    Is this jailbreak cause? or something else? Maybe you guys can help me!

  14. iPhone 5 after jailbroken can not type shorcut. For example: omw = On my way! but iPad 3 still can.

  15. I don't know if anyone has this issue. Other than the weather app problem, I realized now that the select option is bugged too. I tried selecting a part of a message, but I couldn't, it just let me select either one word or the entire message.
