Apple has released release versions of iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3 updates. They are available to regular users.

As is clear from the version numbering, these are relatively small updates. They do not add anything new to Apple smartphones and tablets, but only eliminate previously discovered bugs, as well as increase the stability of the devices.

Updates are distributed over Wi-Fi, you can install them through the system application "Settings" ("General" → "Software Update").
