Freedom 251 Booking For Sale, Specifications. Earlier this year, the Indian company Ringing Bells announced a smartphone Freedom 251, which was supposed to go on sale for only $4. Many reacted to this news with a grain of salt and do not believe that the device will actually be sold at this price.
To everyone’s surprise, the machine really goes on sale and will cost as much as advertised. By the end of this month in India, 200,000 phones will be shipped.
