You might be excited to get hands-on with Apple’s next-generation iPhone, well, if you can’t wait anymore, you can purchase realistic mockup of fully-assembled iPhone 5 before Apple officially announce it on September 12th. Recently, we see iPhone 5 mockups available for sale on China’s largest e-commerce platform, Taobao (similar to eBay and Amazon).
The new iPhone mockups are EVERYWHERE in China now, and they are specially made for case makers who are starting full fledged mass production of iPhone 5 cases. Surprisingly, prices start at just 33 Chinese yuan (about $5), and every single mockup appears fairly similar to the dozens of earlier leaked enclosures said to represent the new iPhone — featuring a two-tone back, a larger 4-inch display screen, a mini Dock Connector, redesigned speaker grills, taller and thinner profile.
