The new OS 13 requires more resources from smartphones, so when using the new iOS 13 on iPhone 6, iPhone 6S or other “old” models, the owners of these smartphones will lose their autonomy and long battery life. So, if Apple allowed it to install its iOS 13 on iPhone 6, it could work no more than 12 hours without recharging. Such battery life cannot be justified. Therefore, Apple has decided not to support these models.

Unfortunately for the owners of older models, new technologies and the requests of owners of new smartphones, put the company Apple in a difficult position. She needs to choose a path that is more optimal.
