A: “yes”! We already have some parts of the exploits which could be used to Jailbreak our iDevices.
We have one answer – not yet. : A downgrade iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3 option won’t be
available, too – it won’t be so hard to inject this option, but it will
only burn parts of known exploits which could be fixed quite fast by
Apple. Summary of this – no downgrade option yet! Maybe. Wait.
The fact is, we won’t burn any exploit for any option on a new version for the Evasi0n tool. About a re-restore option for all iDevices on currently JB ones, the answer should be now definitely be clear for everyone.
