Apple has released release versions of iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3 updates. They are available to regular users.
As is clear from the version numbering, these are relatively small updates. They do not add anything new to Apple smartphones and tablets, but only eliminate previously discovered bugs, as well as increase the stability of the devices.
Updates are distributed over Wi-Fi, you can install them through the system application “Settings” (“General” → “Software Update”).

– Fixed a bug that caused photos, links and other attachments not to appear in ” Messages»
– Fixed a bug that prevented apps from downloading content in the background
– Fixed a bug that caused mail not to sync and did not quote the original email when replying using an Exchange account
This is the second update in the iOS 13.2 branch, released in November. On the seventh of November, Apple released iOS 13.2.2, which fixed a problem that caused overly aggressive RAM management and unloading applications running in the background.
Apple is testing a much larger iOS 13 update in the iOS 13.3 branch. Last week, the company released the second beta version of iOS 13.3, which is available to registered developers and applications participating in the Apple Beta Software Program.
