Jailbreak 7.1.1 available for download. You can download/install jailbreak 7.1.1 utility for Windows. You can read the instruction with complete guide "How to jailbreak iOS 7.1.1". Updated. Jailbreak 7.1.1 for iPhone 5S- iPhone 4/ iPad Air - iPad 2 - here.!!!

1) Download and install the following software : Microsoft. Net FrameWork, Java RE 7 and Java JDK Tool x86 ( 32 bit) , even if you have installed 64-bit Windows

2) Download GeekSn0w v2.8.3

3) Turn off your antivirus and firewall, otherwise the system will delete the files needed for the process .

4) Open GeekSn0w and click Jailbreak, choose the model of the device and turn your iPhone into a mode DFU. Model your iPhone you can see here - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3939

5) Press the Jailbreak button

6) Wait until the process ssh_rd tool, if the process is successfully completed , you will see a green sign which notifies about the success of the operation

7) The device reboots and goes into recovery mode

8) Wait for the system files and will mount the boot process Jailbreak

9) Once the process is complete, you will see that your iPhone is in recovery mode

10) Wait until GeekSn0w introduce the iPhone in DFU mode and load it through the utility OpenSn0w (It takes a while)

11) You see what many call "The Matrix Screen" - matrix screen .

12 ) Re-enter the device mode DFU.

13) Now when the device is turned on, you will see shop Cydia .

14) You should let Cydia download all the necessary files and settings before it becomes functional.

15) Done!

      i have the same problems but i got it to work. All you have to do is make sure you have the 3 java programs downloaded, get Geeksn0w 2.9 not 2.9.1, then run itunes as Administrator while your iphone 4 is hooked up to your computer, then run geeksn0w as Administrator and follow the instruction geeksn0w gives you. Hope It helps

      Mustafa, sometimes it seems working well and advance this step fastly, but jailbreak isn't been did sucessfully. I suspect that it's freezing at this step for not correctly turning to DFU mode. But I really don't know what's happening.

      Its cause its semi-untethered!! so that means each time you reboot your phone you'll have to rerun the jailbreak. lame i know, but people need to be more careful before they jailbreak... i am one of those people. Cause now, im trying to restore to get rid of this crap cause i turn my phone on and off constantly but itunes is saying the requested build isnt available for my device and im like FUCK haha

      It's a semi-tethered jailbreak, that's not permanent, you need to go on dfu with your phone, open geeksn0w and press detect model. When you know the model (for example iphone 4 gsm) press iPhone 4 GSM.

    1- the itune pc always shows locked , no push notifications works because of that
    2- no appsyn in cydia for that ios to install applications .

    this jailbreak doesn't include hactivation , I had done that through the previous hactivation tools first of ios 7.1 that was released earlier and used that here one tools for jailbreak .
    the result is OK except the sim card is still with no services

    Successful jailbreak iPhone 4 GSM 16GB running iOS 7.1.1
    Came up with unhandled exception at one stage but clicked continue and it kept going.
    In the end I had to boot tethered with the tools above Detect Model.
    Hope it works for others, took me a whole night.
    NOTE: When it says "Waiting for device to be ready (this may take a while)" DO NOT TOUCH YOUR PHONE. Leave it be until Geekn0w tells you to put device in DFU. You should hear a few device disconnects/connects before it says this

      you should have turned off the firewall of your PC..

      anyways turn off your phone and turn off your firewall, then re-open GeeKsnow.. then repeat.
