You can Downgrade iOS 13.3 to iOS 12 Without Computer Now

If you installed a new iOS 13, including new iOS 13.3, on your iPhone or iPad, you could already see that the new iOS 13 is the most buggy and unstable iOS in the history of Apple.
Web already has a large number of requests how to Downgrade from iOS 13 to iOS 12.

After installing any version of OS 13, including the newest iOS 13.3, you cannot downgrade to the previous version. You can only go back to the previous version of iOS 13.

This means that ALL the sites that offer you to downgrade from iOS13 to iOS 12 are fake and offer you fake utilities. Do not pay, do not download, do not install. What to do? We can only wait for Apple to release a stable iOS.
