Here iOS 14 Supported Devices list: Unlike Android device manufacturers, Apple aims to provide software updates for iPhone and iPad models for at least four years. Quite often, however, support goes beyond this deadline, and rumors suggest that iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 will continue this tradition.

Support for the iPhone 6s and iPhone SE is perhaps the biggest surprise given their age, but sources warn that Apple may drop their support before the announcement of iOS 14 at WWDC in June if it runs into any major problems in the development process.
