It's on a timer. If you change your computer time, the percentage changes. Put your clock forward by about 12 hours, and it'll say 100%. It's not actually 92% done :/

Thanks for the JB guys, trying it on my new iphone 5 (waited until JB available before upgrading), so far gets three quarters of the way and hangs. I restarted JB and rebooted device still getting stuck. I will let it run for a while ( kast time waited 20 mins) before trying to restart.

How long should this JB process take? I followed the instructions. Updated my (JB) Ipad 3 from 5.1.1 to 6.1. Closed ITunes. Started evad3rs JB. And now it has been sitting without ANY progress at 'Injecting stage 2 jailbreak data (step 1/3) for the past 3 hours. Any feedback or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
