Step 1:
Install a clean firmware iOS 8.1 on your device using iTunes. Download IPSW-file at this link.
If you upgrade the air via OTA, you can't make jailbreak iOS 8.1.
Step 2:
Go to the menu Settings -> iCloud -> Find My iPhone and disable Find My iPhone.
Step 3:
Go to the menu Settings > Turn off password protection.
Step 4:
Install iTunes 12 check that the program recognizes your gadget.
Step 5:
Download the utility Pangu8 here and save it to your desktop.
Step 6:
Run Pangu8.
Step 7:
Wait until Pangu recognizes the connected device, and please click on the blue button at the center of the window.
Step 8:
Wait until the process is complete. The device will reboot several times, the whole procedure takes less than jailbreaking 10 minutes.
Step 9:
Done.

Deleteto show cydia on your iphone go to Pangu app->manage->remove->and remove "pangu"(to do that press the truss and then the home button and then go back to the app and press "force remove")
