  19. Update: JB works, just keep trying again and again :(
    Cydia installation: DL both files
    cydia-lproj_1.1.12_iphoneos-arm.deb
    cydia_1.1.13_iphoneos-arm.deb
But even though I did all that, I got this from FTPS clients Cyberduck or WinSCP:
    /private/var/root/Media$ dpkg -install cydia-lproj_1.1.12_iphoneos-arm.deb cydia_1.1.13_iphoneos-arm.deb
    dpkg: unknown option -n

Then I tried installing separately lproj 1.1.12 and cydia 1.1.13, got this:

    /private/var/root/Media$ dpkg -i cydia-lproj_1.1.12_iphoneos-arm.deb
dpkg: serious warning: files list file for package `io.pangu.loader' missing, assuming package has no files currently installed.
(Reading database ... 1063 files and directories currently installed.)
    Preparing to replace cydia-lproj 1.1.12 (using cydia-lproj_1.1.12_iphoneos-arm.deb) ...
    Unpacking replacement cydia-lproj ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of cydia-lproj:
    cydia-lproj depends on cydia; however:
Package cydia is not configured yet.
    dpkg: error processing cydia-lproj (--install):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    cydia-lproj

Then with next file cydia 1.1.13:

    /private/var/root/Media$ dpkg -i cydia_1.1.13_iphoneos-arm.deb
dpkg: serious warning: files list file for package `io.pangu.loader' missing, assuming package has no files currently installed.
(Reading database ... 1063 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace cydia 1.1.13 (using cydia_1.1.13_iphoneos-arm.deb) ...
    Unpacking replacement cydia ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of cydia:
    cydia depends on cydia-lproj (>= 1.1.10); however:
Package cydia-lproj is not configured yet.
    dpkg: error processing cydia (--install):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    cydia

Keep on trying to find out on missing `io.pangu.loader' ...

  21. @ Evad3rs.Net: sorry to say it: if it worked perfect you'd not see that much ppl stuck at a stage or another.
All of your previous packages worked perfect, this one (not yours) is too tricky.
But let's stay tuned, Pangu team 9 hrs ago announced a new package, in English (yes!) including Cydia installation (wow!), available within 24hrs! :)
